Beforehand
Goal clarification: you discuss with us and the consultant what it's really about and what should be on the table at the end. Then each team member assesses themselves before the game starts.
During the game
60 minutes in an escape room with structured observation. The external view, gathered as in the Performance Lab: four intervals, a fixed observation sheet, coloured wristbands instead of names. The AI writes the draft, people read it through.
Afterwards
Self-assessment afterwards and the comparison: where do self-perception and observed behaviour diverge? That's exactly where the leverage is. In the transfer workshop with the consultant, this becomes concrete strategies for your everyday leadership.
By default, nothing is recorded. For a deeper analysis, video recording is possible, at your request and only by separate agreement. If you need more than our room for the workshop, in Leipzig we can arrange a meeting room and accommodation at the INNSiDE by Meliá on request.

What's the difference between the Executive Resilience Lab and the Performance Lab?
The Performance Lab delivers observation and a report. The Executive Resilience Lab adds a layer before and after: goal clarification and self-assessment beforehand, then the comparison of self-image and external view and a transfer workshop with an experienced management consultant.
What does the Executive Resilience Lab cost?
Pricing is modular: room and analysis as in the Performance Lab, plus the consulting fee depending on the scope of goal clarification and workshop. You'll receive a joint quote in advance, before anything is booked.
Is anything recorded?
By default, no; the game master watches live. For a deeper analysis, video recording is possible, but only at your request and by separate agreement.
How confidential is it?
During the game, the same applies as in the Performance Lab: observation only with everyone's consent, coloured wristbands instead of names, no psychological testing procedure, no basis for HR decisions. How openly the self-image comparison is discussed in the workshop is something you decide beforehand during goal clarification.
How big can the team be?
2 to 6 people per escape room; larger leadership teams play in several rooms at the same time. Goal clarification and workshop take place together for the whole team. Tell us the number of people in your enquiry and we'll suggest how to split up.
