The work is shaped around your task
These formats are possible routes, not a fixed requirement. In a free introductory call, we discuss your goal, scope and budget. You then receive a suitable proposal before any paid work begins.
1. Free introductory call
In up to 30 minutes, we look at your task and the potential benefit. We discuss whether focused support, broader coaching or a referral would be the best route.
2. Assessment, if you need clarity
We review your processes and software. You receive a written assessment with priorities and next steps that you can also use independently of me.
3. Personal coaching
We work together on your real tasks: assistants, a knowledge base and connections to your software. You and your team learn to manage the processes on your own.
The assessment is credited
If we continue with coaching after a paid assessment, its fee is credited in full towards the coaching. We set out the terms in your proposal.
Focused support is also available
A specific question, individual sessions or regular follow-up appointments: we agree on what you need. You do not have to book a comprehensive package.

Confidential work on your own hardware
Dictation, documents and internal knowledge can be processed on a computer in your business. Before starting, we agree where data may go, which technology is sufficient and where other specialists are needed.
You keep the choice between cloud services and your own hardware. We discuss software, hardware and other costs before setup.

What is the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent?
A chatbot mainly answers questions. An AI agent can also carry out agreed steps and use software. Which functions make sense depends on your task. We agree data access, approvals and limits beforehand.
What does working together cost?
It depends on your task and the agreed scope. In the free introductory call, we discuss goals and budget. You then receive an individual proposal. Software, hardware and any other costs are discussed beforehand.
Do I have to book a package?
No. A specific question or individual sessions can be just as useful as broader coaching. We agree on the right route together. A paid assessment is credited in full if you continue with coaching.
Do I need technical knowledge?
You do not need to be able to code. Your business knowledge and willingness to work together on your processes are what matter.
Who decides what the AI may do?
You decide which data an assistant may access, what it handles independently and when a person takes over. We test typical cases and exceptions and put checks in place.
Do you take on every project and run the systems?
I check whether the task, scope and way of working are a good fit. My coaching focuses on building together so you can manage the systems independently. I do not provide ongoing operations or standby support. If you need other services, I can recommend suitable specialists from my AI network.
